Affiliate: The individual that promotes Visualmind.ai to third parties, also known as “You”
Promotional Content: Buttons, banners, links on websites and any other content used by the Affiliate to promote Visualmind.ai
Customer: Whoever buys a plan or credits from Visualmind.ai
Platform: the container in which you will publish your Promotional Content. For example a website, a social network, etc.
- You will publish the Promotional Contents only where you are allowed to do it. For example, you can publish it on your own website or your social profiles, provided that the Platform allows You to do so.
- Your Promotional Contents will not infringe any Copyright or Trademark
- Your Promotional Contents and the Platforms on which You will publish it will not be vulgar, indecent or offensive. Also, you guarantee that both the Promotional Content and the Platform will not contain involvement of sensitive subjects such as - for example, but not limited to - child abuse or exploitation, rape, drugs addiction, pornography, politics, eating disorders, lewd nudity and discrimination against race, religion or faith.
- Your Promotional Content will not infringe any local or international law
If any of the above points will not be respected, You agree that You will be considered solely responsible.
Due to Internet Browsers settings and Privacy Policies, sometimes it may not be possible to register your referred Customer as such, for example if the Customer has disabled cookies in their browser.
